Portland Piano International presents American pianist Clayton Stephenson, most recently a finalist in the prestigious Van Cliburn competition last year, in two highly anticipated recitals on November 3rd in Portland and November 5th in Beaverton. Renowned for his "extraordinary narrative and poetic gifts" and performances that are "fresh, incisive, and ‘characterfully’ alive" (Gramophone), Stephenson’s love for music shines through his joyous onstage charisma, expressive power, and natural ease at the piano.

Duo Amal, the Israeli-Palestinian piano pair, is set to make their eagerly awaited debut at Portland Piano International (PPI) this October. As part of PPI’s 2024/2025 Main Recital Season, Duo Amal will perform two recitals: October 20 at Portland State University’s Lincoln Performance Hall and October 22 at the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts in Beaverton.

Rising star Tetiana Shafran, equally at home with solo and concerto repertoire, will perform a duo of recitals presented by Portland Piano International (PPI). Starting off PPI's 2024 / 2025 Main Recital Series season, Shafran will perform on September 15 at Portland State University's Lincoln Performance Hall, followed by a recital at the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts in Beaverton on September 17.

Janina Fialkowska, the legendary Canadian pianist who has enchanted audiences around the world for 50 years,  returns to Portland for a recital co-produced by Portland Piano International and the Oregon Music Teachers Association. Fialkowska will present this one-night-only performance on July 13 at the Portland Community College Performing Arts Center at Sylvania Campus.
